1. Location
Trinity Hotel Limbe is located in Limbe, Southwest Region, Cameroon. We offer accommodation and hospitality services for both local and international guests.
2. Reservations and Check-in/Check-out
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment.
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 noon
- Guests requiring early check-in must inform the hotel at least 3 days in advance. This is a gesture-based service and is not guaranteed. Requests will be considered based on availability and operational capacity.
- Late check-out beyond 12:00 noon will attract a full-day charge. No half-day rates or prorated charges apply.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in, or failure to show up, will not receive a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods include cash (XAF), mobile money, and major debit/credit cards (Visa/MasterCard).
- All published rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges.
- A refundable deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidentals or damages.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests must treat staff, property, and fellow guests with courtesy and respect.
- Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or illegal activities may lead to eviction without refund.
- The hotel reserves the right to decline service to any guest violating house policies.
6. No Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Any violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction and cleaning charges.
7. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited inside all guest rooms and enclosed public areas.
- Outdoor smoking areas are designated for guests who wish to smoke.
- A deep cleaning fee will be charged if indoor smoking is detected.
8. Damage and Loss
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
- Lost or broken items, including keys and electronics, will be billed to the guest.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Trinity Hotel Limbe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- The hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries unless directly caused by proven staff negligence.
10. Privacy and Data
- Guest information is collected solely for bookings, communication, and service delivery.
- Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Force Majeure
- The hotel is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, utility failures, or government restrictions.
12. Policy Updates
- Trinity Hotel Limbe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at the front desk and on our website.
